Shipping Policy

KEWBS PRELAUNCH SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: 08/30/2026

No physical goods are sold or shipped through the KEWBS prelaunch reservation website.

The Patron reservation is not the purchase or preorder of a KEWBS puzzle. Completing a reservation does not create a shipment, and no shipping charge should be assessed during reservation checkout.

Customers who wish to purchase a KEWBS puzzle must separately complete an eligible pledge through the KEWBS Kickstarter campaign. Product availability, manufacturing schedules, estimated delivery dates, shipping destinations, shipping charges, taxes, duties, and fulfillment terms will be disclosed through the Kickstarter campaign and any associated pledge-management system.
